Runners Diary Podcast shop is available to pre-order. All Club Shop items are made to order and take approx. 4-6 weeks from when the club shop closes to delivery.

“The Runners Diary Podcast are delighted to launch our 2024 fundraiser and have chosen Breakthrough Cancer Research and Crumlin Childrens Hospital as the charities we will work with and raise as much funds as possible. With the help of the kids at Bweeng National School we have designed a tshirt which represents both charities. All profits from the sale will go directly to the two charities (split evenly). This is a great way for us as a podcast but for our followers also to give back. We hope everyone will buy the tshirt and wear it as some race, at the gym etc etc. Send us in a picture of you wearing it and we will be sure to share it on our social media platforms. In January at our 5k a day challenge we realized what a great group of followers we had and how we could use this to give back to these great organizations. Brian, Damian and some of the backroom team of the Runners Diary are going to join in on the fun and where the tops at the Cork City Women’s Mini Marathon and lets just say now it would be worth seeing their female versions if nothing else!! On that day we are hoping that the fundraising will peak and we want everyone to join us as one big group and light up this event.
